31 Weeks Pregnancy

Over the next few weeks, your baby's movements may start to feel more wriggly, as she's growing fast. Your baby begins to run out of room as she puts on weight. You should feel about ten kicks an hour. Your baby-to-be needs a great amount of calcium for his/her bones to get stronger thus takes a lot of calcium from the mother-to-be. You will need to consume food rich with calcium in order to provide for your baby’s calcium need. All five sense organs are now fully-developed.
